Remove an Intimate Image of You

If an image on Old Greg’s Tavern shows you (or someone you are authorized to act for) in an intimate or sexual way and you did not consent to it being here, you can ask us to remove it. This includes AI-generated images that depict you, even though the image is not a real photograph. You do not need an account to make this request, and it is free.

What we will do

When we receive a valid request, we will remove the reported image within 48 hours and make reasonable efforts to find and remove identical copies of it on the Service. This process is provided in accordance with the federal TAKE IT DOWN Act. Submitting a request will not get you or anyone else in trouble for asking — requests made in good faith are always safe to make.

How to make a request

There are two ways, and both work the same:

1. Email us (no account needed). Write to [email protected] with the subject line “NCII Removal Request.” Include:

A link to the content (or a description of where you found it, if you don’t have a link);
A statement that the image depicts you (or a person you are authorized to represent) and that it was published without consent;
Your name and a way to reach you about the request (an email address is enough);
If you are acting for someone else: who you are to them (for example, parent, guardian, or attorney).

You do not need to attach the image itself, prove your identity with documents, or explain anything beyond the statements above.

2. Report in the app. If you have an account, open the character, story, or world and use the Report button, choosing “Intimate imagery of me (or someone I represent) shared without consent.” This starts the same 48-hour clock.

What happens next

We review the request and remove qualifying content within 48 hours of receipt.
We make reasonable efforts to remove identical copies of the same image on the Service.
If we need clarification, we will contact you at the address you provided. The clock does not restart.
If the content also appears to involve a minor, we handle it under our child-safety procedures, which may include reporting to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children.

Scope

This process covers intimate visual depictions of an identifiable individual published without that individual’s consent, including photorealistic AI-generated depictions (“deepfakes”). For other content concerns — harassment, impersonation of a real person, copyright, or anything else covered by our Content & Safety Policy — use the in-app Report button or email us at the same address; those reports are reviewed under our standard process.
