Subscriptions live wherever you bought them. The App Store or Google Play don’t let us cancel or refund on your behalf. Follow the steps for the platform you subscribed on.

Subscribed on the web

1. Open the menu: tap the gear in the top-right (desktop) or the three-line menu in the top-right (mobile).
2. Tap the row with your profile picture and username to open your account.
3. Next to Plan, tap Manage. This opens the Stripe billing portal where you can cancel, change plans, or update your card.

Subscribed on iOS (App Store)

1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
2. Tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions.
3. Find Old Greg's Tavern and tap Cancel Subscription.

Subscribed on Android (Google Play)

1. Open the Google Play Store app.
2. Tap your profile icon, then Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
3. Find Old Greg's Tavern and tap Cancel subscription.

Subscriptions bought on a phone can only be managed from that device. The web Manage button won’t work for them, and vice versa.

This is permanent and can’t be undone. Your profile, characters, campaigns, and progress will all be removed from your account. Full details are on the Delete Account page.

1. Make sure you’re signed in.
2. Open the menu: tap the gear in the top-right (desktop) or the three-line menu in the top-right (mobile).
3. Tap the row with your profile picture and username. Your account panel opens.
4. Scroll to the bottom and tap the red Delete account link.
5. A confirmation dialog will pop up. Type your username into the field, then tap Delete Account. You’ll be signed out immediately.

Cancel your subscription first if you have one through the App Store or Google Play. Deleting your account here won’t cancel it, and you’ll keep getting charged. See the section above.

For billing: include your account email and the last 4 digits of the card or the receipt number.
